The manufacturing process for our cast iron materials is "casting → machining" for FCD800, and "casting → heat treatment → machining" for FCD1200 QT. Traditionally, molds and wooden patterns were created, but with the introduction of 3D printers for sand molds, we can provide prototypes in a short delivery time, at low cost, and even in small quantities.
